Common Symptoms - Very Calculative, complaining wages is not fair, their income is not enough to support their family, the product too expensive impossible to sell, customer dissatisfy because of the company faults, life is tough, colleagues is not coordinating, their superior is lousy, the market is downturn, non ending in complains..
2. PROCRASTINATION: No sense of urgency, laziness, over talks but nothing is happen, take things for granted, low self confidence.
Common Symptoms- they were exciting telling big orders is coming, project sure gain but you can hardly see them secure every so call “big order”
Examples : When there is an order in pending for approval they always tell themselves that the give customer sufficient times to process, but the orders never come true because they never make an urgency to satisfy the customer's doubt.
3. EMOTIONAL DRIVEN: Anything which does not come to their way, they were very moody and holding it for long period, they express it out from their face or by action to influence others.
Common Symptoms – Frequently medical leave, walk heavily and slow, do not dress up properly always come to work place, negative talks, these peoples are silence destroyer to team.
4. NO DISCIPLINARY : Absenteeism, frequent medical leave, all kinds of excuses for coming late of work, over promise to their customer and superior, massy desk, over spending, no planning on their sale calls, get away from field calls, no commitment on their jobs.
Common Symptoms – always bring no comments from customers and at the end of the month bring no result.
5. GOSSIPING: These peoples are aggressive in spreading negative news, they were energized when they see others failure, they will not tired in talking and spreading the news at any minutes when they have chance to talks, and in most cases the more they talk, the more they get exciting and unconsciously twisted the facts and over express, when they realized themselves, they find no way to end but keep damaging and destruction talks.
Common Symptoms – These peoples like to talk a lot in destructive way, but no constructive action
NON TEAM WORK PLAYER: Always work alone for their own interest, do not bother to give a little concern to their team members, putting all credits for themselves ignoring others effort, always give destructive comments for the team but without any constructive propasal of action.
Common Symptoms – Always absent themselves when come to team activities, shown no respect to any of their team members, over confidence and too proud for themselves.
