PRODUCT INFORMATION

SPEC'99 – 620 Is formulated to removes harmful deposits, and accumulated gummy sludge to minimize deterioration of new engine oil.

Quick and thorough cleaning: SPEC'99 – 620 is added to used oil prior to drainage, and it will act on the gumming and varnish deposits almost immediate in the whole crankcase, break down the adhesion and suspend deposits in the used oils ready for drain off. It is additionally in removing varnish and deposits form valves and hydraulic lifter.

Acid neutralization: SPEC'99 – 620 is formulated to neutralize acidic form the chemical combustion residue, which was corrosive to valve, rings, cylinders, walls and bearings.

Anti glycol: SPEC'99 – 620 will help to break down glycol and resultant reside, which were damaging the engine oil lubrication properties.

Prolong new oil operating life: SPEC'99 – 620 treated into used oil and completely flush off all the harmful residues, to ensure the new oil will not contaminated by left behind, to maximize utility of the new oil.

Application Procedure:

  1. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature for about 10 minutes and turn off.
  2. Add SPEC'99 – 620 about 8- 10% of the oil (For small saloon car about 250ml - 325ml of 620 to 4-6 liters of engine oil).
  3. Start the engine for another 10 minutes before drainage; do not move the vehicle while SPEC'99 – 620 is functioning.
  4. Replace oil plug, filters and add new oil.
  5. Dispose the used oil treated with SPEC'99 – 620 in accordance to local environmental safety procedures, do not dispose to sewage system or discard indiscriminately.
  6. Flushing with SPEC'99 – 620 in every oil change, to obtain maximum protection of the engine.
