595 FIRE RESISTANCE HYDRAULIC OIL

PRODUCT INFORMATION

SPEC ' 99 - 595 is a water glycol base hydraulic fluid, therefore should contain no nitrosamines. The water contained in this fluid makes it less susceptible to spray or mist ignition associated with industrial hydraulics.

LESS HAZARDOUS: SPEC' 99 - 595 is specially designed to meet the factory mutual requirement for less hazardous fire resistant hydraulic fluids. It has no flash or fire points, industrial application where fires can be caused by accidental spraying of flammable petroleum hydraulic oil on to an ignition source, very safe to use.

SUPERIOR OXIDATION & CORROSION: SPEC ' 99 - 595 has outstanding additives package in corrosion and oxidation protection to all metals in both liquid and vapor form. It is resistant to oxidation and thermal degradation and to the formation of sludge and varnish.

HIGH VISCOSITY INDEX: SPEC ' 99 - 595 has high Viscosity Index and its viscosity is unaffected by high rates of shear

LOW ACID: SPEC ' 99 - 595 has low acid value ensure stability with fluid service life.

COMPATIBLE WITH MOST SEAL: SPEC' 99 - 595 is compatible with most standard rubber seals material; Buta N, Viton, Ethylene Propylene, and Neoprene should be considered marginal and possibly changed with one of the foregoing.

ANTI WEAR PROPERTIES: SPEC'99 - 595 is fortified with exclusive additives that has a good hydraulic pump wear protection and with excellent lubricating properties.

LOW TEMPERATURE: SPEC ' 99 - 595 has excellent low temperature properties make it readily adaptable for year-round outdoor use.

APPLICATION: SPEC'99 - 595 is commonly used in industrial such as Die Casting, Plastic Injection Mould, Foundries, Steel Mills and Refineries etc. Typical uses in hydraulic system under pressure or near open flames or in high temperatures areas. Compatible with all water-glycol hydraulic fluids in any proportion.
