The high purity sanitary lubricants is essential requirement for food processing, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, packaging, chemicals, and plastics plants. SPEC 585 was challenged to formulated not only to meet food grade requirement in food processing industry, but also to meet the an adequate protection in extreme operation environment. SPEC'99 lubricants production is strictly follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis And Critical Control Points)requirement and used high purity sanitary base oil and food grade additives for our chain lube. SPEC 585 is produce in compliant to USDA H-1 and FDA regulations.

Adhesiveness SPEC 585 has its nature of tackiness properties adhere strongly to the metal surface prevent water wash-out, anti wear, no dripping and fling off, which give less oil consumption.

High Temperature Performance SPEC 585 is fortified with food grade anti oxidants additives, which has outstanding properties in resisting breakdown cause by air or high temperature and keep chain free of varnish and sludge, as free of these deposits is the minimum requirement by HACCP (Hazard Analysis And Critical Control Points) procedures.

Colorless, Odorless & Tasteless these are the least requirement as a food grade lubricants for incidental food contact application. SPEC 585 has unsurpassed characters of these. And SPEC 585 has low toxicity contents.

Non Carbonizing SPEC 585 is a food grade approved synthetic base fluid which has its nature of non carbonize properties.

Application:

SPEC 585 are recommended for all types of drive, conveyor chain, rollers and bearings in food, packaging, pharmaceutical, agricultural equipments, where there is a possibility of in contact with edible products. Can be used in slow speed journal bearings, slides, ways, crossheads and sprocket. Industry cover Canning, Bakery, bottling, Grape harvesters, Beverage, Brewery, Poultry, Medicine etc… It can be applied by brush, drip with feeder or centralized system, as well as automatic chain lubricator, and mist system.
