SPEC'99 – 580, IS HIGHLY REFINED MINERALS OIL WITH SOPHISTICATED “ SPEC - GX ” ADDITIVE, SPECIALLY ENGINEERED TO REACH HIGHEST DEGREE OF PURITY FOR USE IN APPLICATIONS REQUIRING DIRECT FOOD CONTACTS.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
SPEC'99 - 580, is a very pure technical grade food machinery oil, conformance to FDA Regulation 21 CFR 178.3620(b), and specially fortified with exclusive additive “ SPEC - GX ” to enhance its consistent performance.
LOW VOLATILITY: SPEC'99 - 580 is enhanced with unique additives chemistry that will give extraordinary performance will not oxidize rapidly.
LOW TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT: SPEC'99 - 580 has a high viscosity index that will not thicken under very low temperature operation.
ANTI - FOAM ADDITIVES: SPEC'99 - 580 contain highly effective anti-foam additives which help to disperse excessive foam quickly.
BIODEGRADABLE: SPEC'99 - 580 with an additional special bactericide to enhance purity and keep the harmful bacteria count extremely low.
APPLICATION: SPEC'99 - 580 is recommended as rust - preventive for meat processing equipment (such as; meat hooks and slides), lubricant for rolling and stamping for metal packaging, food processing equipment (incidental contact), abattoir equipment, bottling equipment, hospital equipment, canneries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, bakeries, cosmetics industry, research laboratories; for use in compressor, vacuums, pumps, hydraulic systems, chains and conveyors where incidental food contact is encountered.
