PRODUCT INFORMATION

SPEC'99 - 560 is designed to give clean, efficient, long - lasting performance to all rotary type compressors.

SEAL PLIABILITY: SPEC'99 -560 is compatible to any type of oil seal material, that will result in less oil leakage and less oil consumption.

OXIDATION INHIBITORS: Majority of the compressor manufacturer agree that oxidation result in accumulating substantial carbon, sludge and varnish which is the most important cause of compressor failure. The properties will help to control oxidation reduce harmful deposits and maintain cleanliness.

ANTI - WEAR PROTECTION: SPEC'99 - 560 with an exclusive additive “ SPEC - GX ” which give a film strength on the moving parts to reduce friction and wear which ultimately will cooling down operating temperatures.

ANTI FOAM DISPERSANT: Foaming is also one of the factors that increase the operating temperature, the anti - foam property help to disperse foaming efficiently and releasing the trapped heat.

EXCELLENT WATER SEPARATION: SPEC'99 - 560 has an effective demulsified to separate from water, this is particularly effective during periods of shut down, where cooling may cause condensation.

POUR POINT DEPRESSANT: SPEC'99 - 560 fortified a high viscosity index base stocks, which ensure flow ability in low temperatures.

EXTENDED DRAIN INTERVAL: The efficiency of cleanliness and regular use of SPEC'99 - 560 which help to extend drain interval up to even 10,000 hours. However it is subjected to machine operating conditions.

DIRECTIONS: Compressor lubricant changeover procedure is rather important especially to the conversion from competitive product, to minimize potential risks from changeover, consult and follow the compressor lubricant changeover instruction exactly.
