PRODUCT INFORMATION

SPEC'99 - 540 , is a high quality Heat Transfer Lubricants, specially contains an effective i nhibitors to assist in keeping systems clean and resist oxidation and thermal cracking at high temperatures.

LOW VISCOSITY : SPEC'99-540 , is produced from the exceptional fine, low viscosity base oil, to improve thermal stability and resistant to thermal cracking at elevated temperatures efficiently.

ANTI - OXIDATION: SPEC'99-540 has as excellent oxidation inhibitors to resist oxidize, and prevent sludge and deposits formation in the system.

SUPERIOR THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY: SPEC'99-540 contain proprietary dispersants help to improve thermal conductivity, with a quick rate of heat transfer.

LOW POUR POINT: SPEC'99- 540 with the unique low pour point characteristic, that prevent cold start difficulties.

NON-CORROSIVE: SPEC'99-540 is non - corrosive to steel, stainless steel or aluminum heat transfer systems.

LONG LIFE OPERATION: SPEC'99-540 with the exceptional additives package, help to prolong life span of the oil, especially efficient with well enclosed circulating system.

APPLICATION : Recommended for use in “ closed ” systems where the bulk fluid temperature does not exceed 600 ° F and 395 ° F in “ open ” system at point of contact with air. Both system are commonly found in asphalt plants, chemical plants, plastics, waxes, resin, fiber - board, grease, rubber, soap and other industries.
