522 REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING OIL

PRODUCT INFORMATION

LOW POUR POINT: SPEC'99 - 522 is exceptionally low temperature characteristics to ensure that it remains stable, regardless of temperature changes, it provide good fluidity under coldest operating conditions. Are commonly used in reciprocating ice machine compressors using ammonia and carbon dioxide as refrigerant.

HIGH DIELECTRIC STRENGTH: In hermetic units, the oil-refrigeration mixture serves as an insulator or between the motor and the compress or body.SPEC'99 - 522 has a good insulation properties to meet up the requirement.

EMULSIBILITY: SPEC'99 - 522 is soluble with all refrigerants. It has a low wax content to prevent separation of flocculant material from the oil – refrigerant mixture, and does not form waxy or solid deposit at extremely cold temperatures. Ice formation within the systems is both dangerous and undesirable.

NON-CONTAMINATION: An exclusive formulation “ SPEC-GX” to empower the lubricant to form a tenacious hold on the surface as well as the ability to life off-system contaminants and foreign matters, and pass them through without build-up.

EXCELLENT PERMEABILITY: SPEC'99 -522 is fortified with a very fine base oil and balanced poly-crystalline that will permeates the surface and form a strong and completely protective lubricant film. Unlike ordinary oil which has low surface permeability, will resulting in the formation of oxides within the system, and which will in turn promotes corrosion, eventually breakdown the equipment.
