PRODUCT INFORMATION
SPEC'99 - 511 is the most advanced multipurpose industrial oil, carefully refined with selected premium base stocks and advanced additive chemistry including “SPEC - GX” an exclusive oxidation and wear inhibitors to provide much longer service life. It is ideally recommended for use in: Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Hydraulic System, Industrial Gear Systems, Heat Transfer Systems, Airline Lubricators, Oil Circulating Systems and General Machinery Lubrication.
HIGH VI PARAFFIN BASE STOCKS: SPEC'99 - 511 has an excellent thermal stability, will not thin off at high temperatures, and reduce tendency to thicken at low temperature.
LONG LIFE PERFORMANCE: SPEC'99 - 511 the paraffin based oils is enhanced with a unique oxidation inhibitor to resist heat and deliver protection far beyond than the conventional oil, to extend its service life, minimize waste oil disposal.
ANTI - FOAM INHIBITOR: SPEC'99 - 511 dispersing foam constantly, by separating entrained air from the oil to avoid direct metal - to – metal contact and to release the trapped heat.
QUICK WATER SEPARATION: The superior built - in demulsified from “SPEC - GX” proprietary additive, which will promote quick demulsifying action from separating the water, to prevent further water contamination to the oil.
ANTI - RUST AND CORROSION: A chemical bond will build on the surface to prevent acids and moisture attacked.
WEAR PROTECTION: The unique of “SPEC - GX” is to act as a synergist and to form a protective film on the moving part to prevent friction and reduce wear substantially.
