290 “EXTREME HEAT1000”GREASE

PRODUCT INFORMATION

SPEC '99 - 290 is designed as a general purpose grease where exceptional high heat is unavoidable, such like; Geothermal, Steam boiler, Kiln car, Steel mills, Automotive manufacturing, Baking & Cooking ovens, Foundries, Forging and all slow moving, high temperature bearings. Can be used as valve lubricant & sealant. Not recommended in hydrocarbon service.

SPEC '99- 290 is a highly specialized Extreme Heat Stable grease. It is a water insoluble synthetic, non-ash base "carrier " agent, fortified with high concentrated super-micron, infinitesimal fine-mesh lubricant.

IN-BUILT SUPERIORITY: SPEC '99 - 290 is solid lubricant provide continuous lubricating at accelerated temperature where ordinary grease will carbonized and form abrasives that damage equipment. Allow a greater degree of lubrication performance at temperature where most lubricant fail.

SUPER-FINE "CARRIER " AGENT: SPEC' 99 - 290 will flashes off and leaves the super micron solid lubricant "SPEC-GX" to provide continues unparalleled anti-friction lubrication performance to the applied parts. Leaving no dangerous particles to contaminate, sear and scour expensive bearings and parts.

LOW TEMPERATURE CHARACTERISTIC: SPEC' 99 - 290 can even reach expected performance under considerable low temperature well below -18 °C.

RUST INHIBITORS: SPEC' 99 - 290 contains rust protection properties, excel rust resistance in high humid environment. It is highly resistance to water and acid.

APPLICATIONS: SPEC '99 - 290 is commonly used in steel mill, mining equipment, snowmobiles, snow removal equipment, ski-lifts, car wash conveyors, food processing equipment, foundry, furnace door ladle trundle bearings, conveyor bearings, oven cars, bricks kiln cars, baking & cooking ovens and all slow moving, high temperature, extremely wet or cold temperatures conditions.
