Khemix 390 is a concentrated heavy duty Industrial Biodegrable Degreaser, it has saponifying properties on grease, fat and oils, it remove grease, oils, fats, acids, calcium and magnesium soaps form of deposit from most washable surface come after water rinsing.

Khemix 390 specially formulated for Lift Station degreasing; As raw sewage flows into lift station to be pumped to treatment facilities, accumulations of sewage, grease, oils, fatty acids, calcium and magnesium soaps form deposits on the walls. These deposits reduce volume capacity of wet wells and emit offensive odors. To return lift station to optimum efficiency, this accumulation must be removed or substantially reduced.

Khemix 390 will break emulsification system, possessing degreasing and detergent properties which cleans the vertical surfaces of lift station, wet wells, and similar treatment facilities.

Khemix 390 is added directly to lift station wet wells in its concentrated form for effortless cleaning, cleaning and degreasing is accomplished by the rinse and fall of the water level. As the water fluctuates, the cleaner removes debris from the sides of the wet well. Khemix 390 is effective neutralizes offensive odors.

Application:

Used for all types of water treatment plant, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, industry, food processing plants, automotive plant, where they have to lift their water to get it to the city sewer. Very economica product can last for 3-6 months under normal conditions.

Directions:

Product should be added to wet well until a layer of 8 to 12 inches is floating on the surface. This initial treatment should remain effective for a period of three to six months depending upon system demands.

To determine amount of lift station cleaner needed: Round Well: 3.14 x (1/2 diameter of well)2 = sq. ft. divided by 2 (to get 1/2' thick cover) x 7.5 gals. per cubic ft. = gallons needed. Square Well: Length x Width = sq. ft. of well divided by 2 (to get 1/2' thick cover) x 7.5 gals. per cubic ft. = gallons needed.
