Khemix 235 is a concentrated blend of advance chemistry technology. It is used to remove dissolved oxygen from boiler, closed loop and other industrial waters system. It help to minimizes oxygen pitting and corrosion potential. It is designed to be used in all types of steam or hot water boiler systems.

Khemix 235 is an effective formulation specially designed to chemically react with oxygen to prevent the formation of iron oxides or corrosion.

Khemix 235 should be used as a supplement when proper use of Khemix 202 does not maintain sulfite residue at a minimum or 30 ppm. When sulfite residue is below 30 ppm, add 500 ml of Khemix 235 for each 100 horsepower rating.

Khemix 235 is very efficient in its removal of dissolved oxygen from industrial boiler and process waters. It can easily be controlled by simple analytical procedures.

Khemix 235 can be used to effectively remove oxygen from steam systems operating at pressures up to 650 psig. It is formulated to control scaling and deposition in pre-boiler areas.

Khemix 235 is acceptable by USDA for treating boilers or steam lines where the steam produced may contact edible products and/or cooling systems, where the treated water may not contact edible products in official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading, and egg products inspection programs.
