202 BOILER TREATMENT
* CONTROLS SCALE AND CORROSIO
* PREVENTS PRIMING, FOAMING AND CARRYOVER
* SIMPLE TO USE – EXCESS TREATMENT DOES NOT HARM BOILER PRODUCT INFORMATION
Specially recommended for use in food products, or other installations. Where effective corrosion control can be assured without the slightest possibility of contamination. (Recommended for non-return system).
Recommended for high pressure boilers with low hardness (softener at low hardness in raw material supply) for control of hardness (especially compounded to control dissolved gases)
As well as residue carbonates and bicarbonates. Contains oxygen scavengers. U>S> Dept. of Agriculture (for use where steam injected directly in food products) and milk and Food Program Dept. Washington D.C. approved, and meets requirements noted by the U.S. Dept. of Health, Education and Welfare.
For best operation, boilers should be blown down and dosed daily. Boilers with high make-up water require approximately 1% of Khemix 202 to water. Consult pH paper for proper adjustment of dosage. The following table will supply general guidelines, and those will be modified by our laboratory's recommendation supplied to you at no charge. Occasional excess of product in overshooting the mark in pH adjustment will not harm the system, continued boiler operation will bring this down to within operative range
