PRODUCT INFORMATION

KHEMIX 195 COLD TANK DEGREASER is recommended for safe, high speed removal of grease, carbon, paint, and fuel residues from engine parts and accessories.

KHEMIX 195 is a heavy-duty, two phase, non- flammable, cold tank immersion cleaner specifically designed for the rapid and efficient cleaning of engines, parts and related items. Vary well suited for aircraft cold tank cleaning.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

KHEMIX 195 is safe for use on all metals and is non- corrosive.

KHEMIX 195 is designed and manufactured with an inhibited chemical seal, which aids in the retardation of undue evaporation. Parts should be immersed below the chemical seal.

KHEMIX 195 is formulated to be used “as is” for the fast and proficient removal of carbons, varnishes, and gresses from transmission parts, engine parts, and other related type parts.

CAUTION:

Contain methylene chloride. May be harmful if swallowed. Can cause eye or skin irritation or burns. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapor or contact with skin. In case of contact with eyes, flood repeatedly with water and call physician. Use only with adequate ventilation.

If swallowed, do not induce vomiting, and call physician immediately. Carefully dispose of used container. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

NOTICE:

Keep from freezing. If this product is stored in cold or freezing weather it may separate or thicken. This will not harm the performance. Before using, allow to warm to room temperature and stir thoroughly.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Completely submerge parts in cleaner
  2. Let stand for 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. Remove and rinse with petroleum spirits or water.
  4. Below dry with air hose
  5. Carb Dip has a top seal which floats in the cleaner portion solely to retard evaporation of volatile solvents. The floating seal has no cleaning action, consequently the parts to be cleaned must be placed below its level.
