1205 CRACK DETECTION SYSTEM

It is the 1 st Part of Crack Detection System , composed of a special blend of highly active solvents quickly and effectively Clean and Degreases Oil, Dirt, Grimes, Gum, Flux and even Water Soluble Deposits, then evaporates leaving a clean surface.

Application : Spray a generous amount of Khemix 1205#1 on the target area, let is soak in then wipe off with a clean cloth. On difficult to remove deposits, allow Khemix 1205#1 to soak in for a longer period of time before wiping. Scrubbing the soaked area with a wire brush will speed the removal of heavy or caked on oil and grease residues.

It is the 2 nd Part of Crack Detection System, is a special blend of low surface tension solvents and additives coupled with a highly concentrated RED DYE , when applied , this special penetrating dye quickly finds its way deeply and thoroughly into the smallest even Microscopic Cracks, where it stays until the developer Khemix 1205#3 is applied.

Application : Spray a generous amount of Khemix 1205#2 Dye Penetrant on cleaned and degreased target area, allow dye to work in for several minutes, even up to 30 minutes for the toughest job. High ambient temperatures or hot target area may prevent Khemix 1205#2 from thoroughly penetrating a target area. Under these circumstances, apply a heavy first coat and reapply often until penetration has taken place. Once penetration is completed (usually a few minutes) wipe off excess , spray lightly with Khemix 1205#1 Cleaner & Degreaser and wipe clean. Now proceed with the final step Khemix 1205#3 Developer .

It is the 3 rd Part of Crack Detection System and is the final part of 3 series of Crack Detection System , is a white developer spray that uses the highest quality talc to ensure the clearest marking of a crack or imperfection, Khemix 1205#3 goes on quickly and smoothly, and dries fast. The Red Dye from Khemix 1205#2 which penetrated the crack is reabsorbed into the developer coating and shows up as a fine red line. This system is one of the fastest and most convenient crack detection methods available.

Application : Sprays a generous amount of Khemix 1205#3 onto the target area which has just been cleaned with Khemix 1205#1 and sprayed with Khemix 1205#2 on evenly and allow it to dry to a while coating . Carefully inspect suspected area and perform repair operation.
