PRODUCT INFORMATION

KHEMIX 1201 is an ready filling , hand mixable adhesive that is excellent for rebuilding and fabricating parts, physically patch holes and cracks, and mend anything that is broken. An all purpose adhesives to metals, wood, glass, masonry, ceramics and many plastic.

KHEMIX 1201 is an ready mixed stick, that delete massy job in mixing chemical materials into adhesive. It allow you the option of breaking off any portion and keeping the unused stick for next use.

KHEMIX 1201 set Steels-Hard in 20 minutes , withstand temperatures of -40 °C to 121 °C . Can be Tapped, Drilled, Filed, Sanded and Painted, it is excellent for underwater repairs.

KHEMIX 1201 can do wide repairing jobs such like ;

• Sealing leaks in plumbing floats, housing, oil leaks in transformers, cast iron housing, aluminum housings, leak in gasoline tanks , cracked or broken cast iron radiators , and aluminum radiators.

• Repairing stripped threads by filling hole, drilling and tapping a new threaded hole.

• Building up worn or low spots in woodens or metal patterns or models.

Applications included: Plumbing repair, Electrical repair, Construction equipment, Auto/Truck repair, Home/Shop repair, Concrete Pools, Oil and Water tanks, Tools, Sink and Pipe Joints, Gas tanks & Radiators.

Applications method: Make sure the repair surface are thoroughly clean to obtain maximum adhesiveness, use a waxed or tool and gently press and mould into the desires shape. Final machining may be completed after 24 hours.
